Titanic Hotel, Liverpool

This multi-use development was completed within the old Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse. The dock is within Liverpool’s World Heritage site & the warehouse is one of the largest brick built warehouses in Europe.  The 20,500 square metre hotel refurb consists of 4 floors with 156 large suites, lobbies, bars & restaurants. Facilities also include a 1,110 square metre dockside banqueting hall and 1,400sqm conference facilities, with these areas heavily serviced in terms of ventilation & dedicated AHU’s.
