The Chancery Hotel

Dowds Building Services carried out a full operational M&E fitout of a mock-up 6* Hotel suite and corridor to allow finite design and coordination to be carried out for the full scheme included a plantroom installation to support the systems.

Mechanical installations included, CHW, LTHW, Fan Coil Units c/w ductwork and grilles, Domestic Services and full vacuum drainage plant, and supply and installation of high specification sanitary ware including one-off custom taps, shower and shower door.

Electrical installations included include all power, high specification lighting, data room GRMS System with full M&E integration, and supply and installation of high specification AV equipment including TV’s, speakers and Sound Bar.
