Finnebrogue Vegan Factory

Dowds Construction were appointed by Lynn's Country Foods to design and build a new state of the art food production facility, including the complete D & B of all M&E installations.

The Project was carried out in two phases.  Phase 1 was the complete strip out, refurbishment and remodel of an existing meat processing Plant to suit Finnebrogues approach and high standards in Food Production.  New Cold Stores, Mix Rooms, Production Spaces were created as well as an Office Block fitout and Staff Welfare creation.  Phase 2 was a large 2000m2 extension to house a new Production and Processing Hall, Product Storage and Dispatch.

The Full Project was carried out over 4 Months to ensure Finnebrogue met their client order expectations.
