Finnebrogue Artisan, Down Business Park

Dowds Construction were appointed by Lynn's country Foods to Design and Build a new state of the Art Food Manufacturing facility, including the complete D & B of all M&E installations.

The project comprised of a new Warehouse and Production space extension of 10,000m2 and a 3 storey Office Block, Staff Welfare building and Restaurant facility.  This brought the overall Facility footprint up to almost 15,000m2.

Dowds Group provided the Full Construction & MEP package as well as a bespoke high-level office and Restaurant fitout.
