Bedford House, Belfast

Dowds Building Services  team completed works as part of on-going refurbishments to this multi-storey premium office complex.

The project included full MEP installations and saw a major upgrade to the double-storey reception area fitted with Carrara Marble and four-metre-high feature video wall; ground floor retail units, a new mezzanine level expresso bar; gym and 9 floors of office fit-outs home to various international clients.

All offices remained fully occupied during works, this posed additional challenges with access, noise and especially hot works to prevent disturbances to the occupying businesses.

Following successful completion of the works, Dowds Facilities Management secured the contract to carry out Bedford House's FM package.

Our FM team provide all PPM services to the landlord and tenants, including statutory and mandatory maintenance inspections, reactive and remedials works and also small works projects
