Timoney Leadership Institute Graduation

A massive congratulations to our Commercial Director, David Porter, and our Operations Director, Julian Mc Camphill, who recently graduated from Timoney Leadership Institute’s Advanced Leadership Programme.
 
The Advanced Leadership Programme is specially designed for leaders keen to develop their skills and connect with other leaders eager to learn and develop. 65 leadership professionals from across Ireland recently travelled to the IESE Business School in Barcelona to complete the final module on their journey towards enhanced leadership. Through a blended learning programme of interactive case study discussions, lectures and collaborative workshops, our directors explored current leadership topics and challenges, bringing to the table solutions they will implement here at Dowds Group.
 
Julian McCamphill adds, “The power of good leadership should not be underestimated, it is totally infectious throughout the business and can help shape the future of your people, for the company and society as a whole.”
