Project Update | Victoria Square

Dowds Construction are delivering a three-phase strip out and refit of the 12,900ft former Topshop retail unit in Victoria Square Belfast , on behalf of longstanding client, Lambert Smith Hampton.
 
Our team successfully handed over the first phase of this three-storey retail unit on Friday the 2nd of September, with the last two phases to be handed over in the last quarter of 2022.
