Meet the faces behind Movember

Dowds Group took part in Movember this year to raise awareness for men's physical and mental health and as a company operating in a male dominated industry, it is so important we raise awareness of the health issues that affect men and to encourage men to talk and take action! 

In particular, although mental ill-health is a pervasive challenge across all UK workplaces, its negative impacts within the construction industry have become undeniable with suicide rates amongst construction workers more than 3 times higher the national average. 

When the the hairiest month of the year arrived, we had 6 willing volunteers who swapped the razors for moustaches 👨🏼
