Full STEM ahead at Nine Elms College in London

On Friday, it was announced the new £100million Nine Elms STEM college in Lambeth has reached its final height of nine-storeys after 12 months of construction.

Our Building Services team are busy making advancements on seven floors of this exciting nine-storey college project with Main Contractor, GRAHAM Group . Much of the containment has been installed to allow all services distribution networks throughout the building. Mechanical and Electrical works are progressing well throughout the lower floors of the building with the installation of copper pipework carrying all hot and cold services, Geberit HDPE pipework to form the building’s drainage system, and long runs of electrical containment to allow room installations and services within walls to move forward.
