FM Contract extended at Victoria Square

Following a competitive tender process, Dowds Group were awarded the Victoria Square Belfast Facilities Management contract in 2018, providing the premier shopping destination in Northern Ireland with Build Fabric and MEP maintenance and projects. Our team along with the full support of the Centre Management team have implemented refreshed structures to both the Onsite Management and Delivery team, enabling maintenance processes to be refined and improved. 

After the successful mobilisation of the contract and the initial 3-year contract period, we have been granted a contract extension to January 2023 highlighting our visible commitment to providing high quality services to the client.
