FM contract awarded for Waterfront Plaza, Belfast

Dowds Group are proud to announce that our Integrated Services Division have been awarded the total FM package for The Waterfront Plaza Building in Belfast – a seven story office building with two levels of basement car-parking opened back in 2001.

Some of the services that Dowds Group are tasked with maintaining in this building are, Fire Alarm, Security, Fire Fighting Services, Water Treatment, Gas Boilers, Pumps, Chillers, Air Handling units, Air Conditioning and Automatic Doors as well as a 24 hour reactive call service!
