Dowds Group support ‘Time To Talk Day’ as it encourages everyone to talk and break the silence around mental health.

At Dowds Group we understand the importance of encouraging our employees to talk about about mental health. We're proud to have 8 qualified Mental Health First Aiders on our team and a 'Health Matters' committee who ensure the appropriate services and support are accessible for all our employees.
