Dowds achieve Investors In People Gold!

Our Head of People & Communications, Gemma O'Kane and our HR Officer, Aideen Mc Michael recently collected our Investors in People Gold award!

We have had a positive relationship with Investors in People; initially attaining recognition in 2018 gaining a Silver award. This recognised our proactive approach to people management and development, along with a strong commitment to innovate and improve to build on success achieved and ensure long-term sustainability.
 
Only 17% of Investors in People accredited organisations achieve Gold so we are extremely privileged to have achieved this accreditation!
