Dowds Construction are delighted to announce we have been appointed as Main Contractor by the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust for the fit out of shell space to provide a state of the art Doctor on-call facility along with hot desking amenities at the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald.

This prestigious project is due to commence on site in the coming weeks, with expected completion in late 2024.
