Dowds Building Services have been awarded the contract for 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, a new build extra care facility, working in collaboration with main contractor, GRAHAM Group.

The new development, dual aspect and designed in line with HAPPI principles, will provide 70 fully affordable, extra care homes for the Enfield Council.
