Did you know Dowds Group have an ongoing partnership with Bedford House?

Our 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 division initially completed the full MEP installations for the stunning new offices as part of the on-going refurbishments to Bedford House, Belfast.

The refurbishment project included a major upgrade to the double-storey reception area fitted with Carrara Marble and four-metre-high feature video wall; a new mezzanine level expresso bar; gym and office fit-outs for the various tenants across 9 floors.

Following the successful completion of these works, our 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 division secured the FM contract for Bedford House providing PPM services to the landlord and tenants, including statutory and mandatory maintenance inspections, reactive and remedials works and also small works projects.
